Visit to Canada

We want you to succeed in Canada.

Many travelers wish to visit Canada for various purposes, such as tourism, visiting family, or conducting business. Depending on their goals, they can choose from different visa types. Tourists must apply for a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) unless they are from a visa-exempt country, in which case they need an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA). Parents and grandparents can apply for a Super Visa to stay with family for up to five years. Business visitors also need a visa or eTA. Applications are reviewed based on valid documents, ties to the home country, financial stability, and sometimes a medical exam. Inadmissibility may arise due to criminal activity, financial, health, or security concerns.

At SafeImm, we can assist you with a wide range of immigration programs, including:

Visitor Visa

Canada welcomes 20 million visitors annually. Depending on the purpose and length of stay, such as tourism, study, or temporary work, a Visit Visa is required. To obtain this visa, applicants must demonstrate to Canadian immigration authorities that their visit will be temporary and aligned with its intended purpose. They must also prove financial stability and assure that they will not seek permanent residency during their stay. SafeImm, an immigration consulting firm, specializes in assisting individuals and families with Visit Visa applications, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Super Visa

The Canada Super Visa is ideal for parents and grandparents wishing to visit their children or grandchildren in Canada for extended periods. This temporary residence permit allows them to stay for up to five years per visit, with the option to extend their stay up to ten years, enabling multiple entries during that time. Applicants, along with their spouses or common-law partners, must meet specific requirements, including valid Canadian medical insurance and ties to their home country. The Super Visa is particularly beneficial for those from countries requiring a Temporary Residence Visa. Sponsorship by a Canadian citizen or permanent resident is required, meeting a minimum income threshold. If rejected, applicants can still pursue other visa options, such as electronic travel authorization or a regular Temporary Residence Visa.

Visit on Business

If you’re not Canadian and plan to visit Canada for business, you’ll need either an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) or a Canada business visa, unless you’re a U.S. citizen or have a valid Canadian visa. Our firm can assist with these requirements. Business visitors planning to expand their business, make investments, or build relationships with partners should determine if they need an eTA or a visitor visa. Apply for an eTA using the same passport for travel. For a visa, you’ll need an invitation letter, proof of funds, and confirmation that your stay is temporary. We’re here to help you secure your eTA or business visa.
